At the heart of every Welker Liquid Sampler is the LSS-1 Vanishing Chambers Sample Pump. With its unique collection head design, the LSS-1 is the most accurate sample pump available. With each actuation of the sampler the collection head is compressed. This causes the chamber in the collection head to vanish, there totally voiding of product. Complete voiding of the collection chamber is an important part of collecting a representative sample. It insures that each new sample will be representative of what is flowing through the pipeline at that instant.
